Order Processing and Shipping Timelines

At Baggu, we process and ship orders within 1-3 business days from our facility. After your order leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.

For ground shipping within the United States, delivery usually takes 7-10 business days once the order has shipped. Please note that carrier delays may occasionally extend this timeframe.

Shipping Costs and Options

Standard ground shipping within the US costs $6.
Orders over $50 qualify for free ground shipping.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout with pricing and delivery times clearly displayed.
International shipping is offered, with delivery typically taking 8-11 business days after shipment. Customs processing may extend delivery times, and applicable customs duties or fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Addresses and Changes

We ship all orders to the address provided at checkout. Because packages may be returned if the address is incorrect, please double-check your information before completing your order.

If you realize you provided an incorrect address immediately after placing your order, please contact us through Baggu’s contact page as soon as possible. Address changes are time-sensitive and cannot be guaranteed once the order is in process.

Carrier Delays and Tracking

During busy seasons and sale events, shipping carriers experience high volumes which can lengthen delivery windows. Baggu commits to dispatching your order quickly, but once your package is with the carrier, delivery timing is out of our control.

Your tracking information is the best source for up-to-date delivery status.

If Your Package Shows as Delivered

If tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property including porches, side doors, or mailrooms.

If your package is still missing, contact us promptly through the Baggu contact page. We will assist with filing a claim or determining the next steps for resolution.
