By placing an order on Baggu’s website, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms of Service. If any part of these terms does not meet your expectations, please do not place an order with us.

Ordering and Pricing

All product prices and descriptions on Baggu’s site are provided with care and accuracy. However, if an error occurs—such as an incorrect price or mistaken product detail—we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund. Additionally, we may limit quantities on any product to ensure fair availability.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once your order is submitted, it cannot be changed to add or remove items. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, you must contact us immediately through our contact page. These changes are time-sensitive and are only possible shortly after the order is placed. While we will make every effort to assist, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations will be processed.

Shipping Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will help arrange reshipment. Please note that any additional shipping costs will be your responsibility.
International orders may incur customs fees or import duties, which are governed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and Baggu has no control over or ability to estimate such fees.

Delivery and Liability

Baggu cannot be held liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. In the event your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly via our contact page. We will work with you to determine the appropriate next steps.
